Artifact Signing Account: can't create identity for validation

In Artifact Signing Account I want to use the Identity Validation to validate my Organization.
When I select "Add Identity" (organization, public) and select the Billing Account, I keep getting the same error message:
This subscription cannot be used for organization identity validation as the billing account type associated with it does not indicate ownership by an organization.
I checked everything possible: subscription, billing account, billing profile, entra id, domain verification, so everything I found and still seems like I have a proper company account. What else can I do?

2026-05-19T08:36:50.15+00:00 Hi @VEMULA SRISAI , how do you mean validation id? The validation doesn't have an id, it doesn't even send an HTTP request in the background, the validation happens (seemingly) locally, when I select my billing account. I send you in private the billing account id.
When I look at the billing account, it shows, that the type is MCA - Microsoft Customer Agreement.
I have heard, that I need an MCA-E or EA type of Billing Account, and I should ask Azure Support to convert my current account. Is that correct?
