how would i login to my alt if i lost the password and the gmail password? Its really hard. Could you help?

so one day i was logged into my main account on my Xbox and then i decided to check on my alt, i saw it said something like "prove its you" and i had to enter my gmail password, now that gmail was only on my PHONE but now my phones broken, after consideration i immediately thought it was useless :/, and i removed it. so i need help.
