How to fix my Microsoft account?

I was logged out from my account somehow and now I can’t log in back in Authentificator app. I tried many times but it asks to write the code from another Authenticator app but I have only 1

Use an alternative verification method: On the sign-in screen, tap "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app" or "Sign in another way" — then choose to receive a code via your backup email or phone number if you have one registered.

If no other method available you may need to recover your account: Go to https://account.live.com/acsr (https://account.live.com/acsr) and fill out the recovery form to prove your identity without needing the Authenticator code. Microsoft will review and respond within 24 hours.
