I am contacting you regarding my friend Daniil’s Microsoft account: ******@gmail.com.

He is currently unable to regain access to the account because the identity verification process keeps failing. SMS confirmation codes do not arrive, as he currently resides in the Russian Federation and this verification method appears unavailable.

He also attempted to use the alternative recovery options and completed all requested forms with accurate information, but the system still reports that there is not enough information to verify ownership of the account.

This account is very important because it is linked to his Minecraft account, and losing access would also mean losing access to the game and related purchases.

I kindly ask you to review this case manually or provide any additional recovery options that may help restore access to the account.
