Microsoft Authenticator Failing to restore from backup

I am on day 3 or 4 of being unable to restore my backups. Ive submitted my logs multiple times with my email, no response at all. I'm transfering from an Android to an Android, Im passing MFA and logging in without issue, their is only 1 account involved. every time i hit restore from backup, i login, do MFA, it gives a pop up says restore, then fails and says to send logs. Ive seen a few posts, is this an outage or something? Ive also noticed that I now can't upload an updated backup from my last device, it shows last updated the backup on 5/10/2026 but it gives the same failure whenever it tries to upload a backup now.

any help would be appreciated if its not the general "here are the conditions in which it SHOULD work" since i appear to be meeting those already. If I can't resolve this soon im just going to switch to the google authenticator.
