DISGUSTING! Your idea of customer service is the demise of your company!

the Fact that I have to use my husbands account and still I dont get any Live support after spending all morning on the phone hearing Sally SIM card tell me to just log in.... I WOULDNT BE CALLING IF I COULD!!!!! Microsoft needs to understand that they will nose dive if they dont apply better customer service. im ready to take it to national news and get rid of everything mircosoft in my home TODAY! IF YOU DONT PROVIODE SUPPORT I WILL ALSO STOP PROVIDING FINACIALLY! I am LOCKED OUT OF WHAT MAKES ME MONEY AND RUNNING HOMESCHOOLING THROUGH!!!!! FIX IT OR I TAKE IT NATIONALLY
