Hey! A few users are experiencing authentication failures due to a blocked phone number in the PhoneReputation service. Please review and unblock them.

This does not appear to be a tenant-wide lockout issue, as other users are able to log in successfully. The problem seems to be user-specific and related to phone reputation, since the authentication message is not being sent.
