Artifact signing Identity verification not going through

Hello,

I added my Verified ID through MyAccount.microsoft.com into Authenticator app. I can see the Verified ID in the app.

Then I created an Artifact Signing instance in my Subscription. Gave myself the Artifact Signing Identity Verifier role.

Then I created Individual Identity Validation under the Artifact Signing Instance. It said to complete verification.

When I scan that QR code, the app says "VerifiableCredential Card missing".

How should I proceed from here?

The Verified ID is in my Verified IDs tab in the Authenticator app after Step 19.

When I go back to the Artifact Signing Account > Identity Validations > Please complete your verification here >And scan the QR code from there, the Authenticator app displays "Card missing".

Note that I got my Verified ID through my organization's Entra ID. It shows on my authenticator > Verified IDs as "Verified Employee" IDs with company name on it. Will this ID work for Public Trust?
