My Visio subscription is not part of my Microsoft 365 subscription. My Visio is "Visio Plan 2". Microsoft has been billing me monthly for two years. I no longer use Visio and have been trying to cancel my subscription. How can I do this?

    Hi @Jesse Johnson

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.

Based on my research, Visio Plan 2 is typically used under a work or school account that is linked to an organization. With that in mind, I understand that your account is a business account.

Could you please try accessing the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and navigate to the Your products section through this link: Your products - Microsoft 365 admin center?

From there, you may review your current billing subscription and proceed with the cancellation if needed.

Reference: Cancel your Microsoft business subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn

If the subscription was purchased through a partner or reseller, I would recommend reaching out to them directly for further assistance on this matter.

I hope this helps provide a clearer direction.
