Hello Simroy Da silva,

Thank you so much for reaching out, and I'm truly sorry you're dealing with this, especially after already taking the time to submit the recovery form twice and trying to get through by phone.

I'd like to set expectations so you know exactly where things stand. Microsoft account recovery is a fully automated process, and unfortunately, support agents (whether on the forum, chat, or phone) do not have the authorization or backend tools to manually unlock accounts, override the recovery form, or escalate a specific recovery ticket on the user's behalf.

That said, here are a few things that may genuinely help your next attempt

  • Submit it from a device, browser, and network you've used before to access the account (same Wi-Fi, same PC if possible).
  • Provide as many previously used passwords as you can remember, even older ones.
  • Include accurate subject lines of recent emails, contacts, folder names, and any billing information (card type, last 4 digits, billing address) tied to the account.
  • Use a different, working email address for contact so the recovery team can reach you with the result.

While the recovery review is ongoing, I'd strongly recommend signing in with a new Microsoft account and contacting live support to report the compromised account. With your purchase history, transaction IDs, or linked billing details, an agent can locate the account on their side and suspend it, cancel active subscriptions, and stop recurring payments, even though they cannot restore your access. It's also a good idea to contact your bank or card issuer to block any payment methods tied to the compromised account.

Here's how to reach a live agent:

  1. Go to the Contact Microsoft Support page.
  2. Sign in with a new Microsoft account.
  3. Select Microsoft 365 or Windows, then choose Get Home Support.
  4. In the search box, type Compromised Account and press Enter.
  5. Scroll to the bottom and click Contact Support.
  6. Under Products and services, choose Other Products.
  7. Under Category, select Manage account security, then click Confirm.
  8. Choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser.

I know this isn't the direct escalation you were hoping for, and I'm genuinely sorry we can't do more from this side. Please don't lose hope, many users do regain access after refining the details on a follow-up form submission. If there's anything else I can help clarify or walk you through, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Warm regards,
