Microsoft Entra ID / Microsoft 365 admin locked out

Hello, when can I expect contact from Microsoft Data Protection Team as has been way past expected response of 8 hours since yesterday?

I need to escalate existing case 260506004000003.

This is a sole admin tenant MFA lockout. I need the Data Protection team to verify ownership and reset MFA for the admin account to login to my: https://admin.microsoft.com https://entra.microsoft.com

The sign-in page only offers Microsoft Authenticator approval or verification code. However, Microsoft Authenticator shows “Action required — scan the QR code provided by your organization to finish recovering this account.” I cannot access https://aka.ms/mfasetup or the Entra/admin portal because those pages also require MFA.
