Too many attempts to access via Microsoft Authenticator. Every day, several times, about 5-6 times, I receive challenges that I did not initiate.

Too many attempts to access via Microsoft Authenticator. I get requests several times a day, about 5-6 times, that I did not initiate. How do I stop requests via Microsoft Authenticator that I did not initiate? Can I limit the requests to be from a specific country?
