Since my Two step authentication has been turned on I cannot get into my security settings, I can logon account but the two step does not return a code to other email address or text message, I would like to change my password and cannot do so

Bulldog 4,640 Reputation points2026-05-03T21:22:48.38+00:00 When you turned on MFA, did you make a copy of your recovery code? That can get you in to your account when MFA can't be used.

2026-05-04T12:57:07.9733333+00:00 its a personal account, office 365 family subscription, only the one account been used, I would be the administrator.
When I turned on the MFA initially it worked, I log into my account I get the 3 number option to an email but if I go to view security or change password the option for email or SMS text appear (mobile and email look correct) I do not receive a notification, the SMS number is not blocked and alternative email is not going to junk
