locked out of my email

Hi! I have been trying to get in touch with you for several days and support without success. No one in support seems to be able to help me so this is my last chance to get my email back.

2 weeks ago I bought a new phone and I can't access my email. I have 2-factor authentication so it first wants my phone number and it works, but then I have to approve via the authenticator app but I am also logged out of that so it doesn't work. I am logged into my email on my computer via Apple's own email app. It is the phone I can't access or on my browser. It says the wrong password but I haven't changed it in years. Can a real person please help me, I need to access my email on the phone.
