Hi I lost access to my Jagex.com Authenticator profile on the app and I don’t know how to get it back, Jagex does not offer support on retrieving it and the app deleted it on its own

The deleted Jagex account entry in Microsoft Authenticator cannot be recovered from within the app if there is no usable backup and the site (Jagex) does not support restoring that specific authenticator profile.

For third‑party services like Jagex that use time-based one-time passwords (TOTP):

    1. If Authenticator cloud/iCloud backup was enabled before the deletion and the backup still exists on the same platform (iOS→iOS or Android→Android), install Authenticator on the same type of device and perform a restore. Third‑party accounts that use one-time password codes are restored from that backup if present.
    2. If there is no backup or the backup does not contain the Jagex entry, the code secret for that account is lost from Authenticator. In that case, the only way to regain access is to work with Jagex’s own account recovery or 2FA reset process and then re-add the account to Authenticator using the new QR code or secret key they provide.

Microsoft support cannot recreate or recover third‑party TOTP entries (like Jagex) that were deleted and not backed up. The only supported path is restoring from an existing Authenticator backup on the same device type or re-adding the account after the service owner (Jagex) resets or disables 2FA on the account.
