Repeatedly trying to log into Linkedin. Very frustrating. It just continues to ask the same questions with no results. Classic Catch 22! Is there is real person to resolve my continuing problem?

For sign-in loops or repeated prompts, first rule out browser issues and then contact support if needed.

    1. Clear browser data or try a different browser
    • Clear cookies and cache, then close and reopen the browser.
    • Alternatively, try signing in from a different browser or an InPrivate/Incognito window. This often breaks sign-in loops caused by stale cookies or cached authentication data.
    1. Check for security blocks or unusual-activity protection
    • If there have been many sign-in attempts, Microsoft/LinkedIn-style protections can temporarily block further attempts. Waiting before trying again and avoiding repeated rapid attempts can help.
    1. If Microsoft account or MFA is involved
    • If the issue is tied to Microsoft sign-in (for example, when using Microsoft Authenticator or a work/school account), repeated failed attempts or unusual activity can cause temporary blocks. In that case, wait and then try another verification method if available (alternate email, SMS, or a different network) as described in the guidance for two-step verification issues.
    1. Contact LinkedIn or Microsoft support
    • For LinkedIn-specific sign-in failures, contact LinkedIn support directly for account-specific investigation.
    • If the problem is with a Microsoft account used in the process (for example, blocked sign-in, MFA problems, or account recovery), use Microsoft’s official support channels (phone support or web support) to reach a real agent who can review sign-in logs and help with recovery.
