A Microsoft app for iOS and Android devices that enables authentication with two-factor verification, phone sign-in, and code generation
To speak with a real person at Microsoft about the Visio subscription and the sign-in/Microsoft Authenticator issue, use one of these supported contact paths:
- Use the Get Help app (Windows) to reach a live agent
- Open the Get Help app from the Windows Start menu (type
Get Helpin the search bar). - In the text box, type Chat with an agent and press Enter.
- Select Contact support at the bottom.
- Under Products and services, choose the category that matches the subscription (for example, Microsoft 365 & Office / Visio).
- Follow the prompts until the options Chat with a support agent or Call me back appear.
- Choose Call me back to have a support agent phone directly, or use chat if preferred.

- Use the web “Contact – Microsoft Support” flow
- Go to Contact – Microsoft Support.
- Type Contact in the search box.
- Select Get Help, then Contact Support.
- Go to the Products & Services tab and choose Microsoft 365 & Office (this covers Visio subscriptions).
- Under Category, select something like Manage my subscription or Billing.
- Proceed to Confirm.
- When offered, choose Chat with a support agent or Call me back.
- If needing a phone number directly If a direct customer service phone number is preferred, use the Microsoft customer service phone numbers page referenced in support content and select the region to see available phone options.
- If the issue is fraudulent or unwanted charges If the Visio charge is not recognized or not wanted anymore, support agents can review it and determine refund eligibility. The refund process and eligibility details are documented at the Microsoft subscription refund help page.
If access to the account is blocked by Microsoft Authenticator and the code cannot be retrieved, explain this clearly to the support agent (via chat or callback). They can walk through identity verification and help regain access or adjust the subscription even if the app is currently blocking sign-in.
