fix issues in my Microsoft authenticator

Facebook 2FA codes stored in Microsoft Authenticator are treated as a 3rd‑party one-time password (OTP) account.

From the backup/restore behavior:

• 3rd‑party accounts such as Facebook use a 30‑second one-time password code.
• These OTP codes are backed up and should be available once restored, but if a specific account (like Facebook) is missing after reinstall/restore, it must be added again.

In this situation, the Facebook account entry is no longer in Authenticator, and there is no backup 2FA method configured on Facebook. Microsoft support cannot recover or recreate the missing Facebook OTP entry; it must be reconfigured directly in Facebook security settings once access to the Facebook account is regained.

The only supported options from the Microsoft side are:

1. Confirm that Authenticator backup/restore is working for other accounts and that the app is up to date.
2. If other accounts restored correctly but Facebook did not, manually add the Facebook OTP again after regaining access to Facebook (for example, using Facebook’s own recovery options).

Microsoft Authenticator cannot bypass or reset Facebook’s 2FA; recovery of the Facebook account must be done through Facebook’s account recovery process.
