The artifact signing process and identity validation have failed, therefore it is currently not possible to upload documents. I need to upload new documents, so I would require the upload functionality to be restored.
The artifact signing account is Maston, and it is associated with an active Azure subscription. need to unlock the possibility of uploading them.
