All my controls on the Xbox rog ally changed over night

Before we proceed, I'd like to ask some questions to better understand the situation. May I know if the issue happens during a game which take over your game controls or does it happen in your desktop.

In the meantime, please try to follow this small fix.

• Go to Settings > Gaming > Game Bar.
• Disable "Allow your controller to open Game Bar.
• Restart your computer.

I had the same issue today. If you have Winhanced installed try uninstalling it then restarting, that solved the issue for me. I believe it's a bug on their end, at least in my case.
