How to raise an official complaint against Microsoft?

I requested a call back from a service agent this evening at approximately 07:16PM. I did receive a call back but was in a queue waiting to be answered while annoying music played continuously. I waited for 1 hour and forty minutes before hanging up. I also managed to sign into my account with my own password after several attempts. Your lack of service is something I find appalling. I knew that I hadn’t changed my password and wondered why it wasn’t being accepted. After an hour and 35 minutes it then decided to accept the correct password that I know I hadn’t changed from the last time I spoke to an agent at Microsoft regarding the same problem. Is someone deliberately trying to annoy me? You could cut your phone bills if you tell people when you’re closed or no longer accepting calls, but you phoned me so I’m not getting billed. P.S. - I’m sick of not having an email address I can send a complaint to or a phone number with a human being to contact with a complaint. Microsoft are cowboys!!!
