How to Make Complaint w/ Microsoft???!

I have submitted multiple service requests to have them immediately close them out despite the issue NOT being resolved. When I try to call support via phone they tell me I can not because of all the scam calls they get, they have shut it down. Thus, I'm forced to go back and forth via messaging and get NOWHERE! I was just told that I would have my issue escalated. However, ten minutes later my request is closed out. I never had anyone reach out by phone or email to resolve the isssue, just closed! My issue is with Microsoft... I can log into my account on a web browser no problem. However, when I try to access a link that was sent to my email it brings me to log in. I click on my account that is already there and it tells me I need to put the code from the authenticator app. However, NO Code is sent to the Authenticator APP!! Then, the only other option it gives me is to put in a SIX digit code from the App! However, the app shows EIGHT digits and will not let me put in anymore digits than SIX. This is rediculous and has been going on for months!!!!! Mind you, the authenticator app has been nothing but a headache so it has been DELETED and REMOVED from my accounts BUT it is still acting like it is there and sending these blank codes that do not exist to who knows where! I've reached out to our IT and it has nothing to do with me or us. It is MICROSOFT who can't seem to give a crap about fixing it for us!!
