I need Live chat

To reach Microsoft support via live chat about a Microsoft 365/Office subscription, account, or billing issue, use the official Microsoft Support contact flow:

1. Go to the Microsoft Support contact page: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/
2. Sign in with the Microsoft account that has the subscription.
3. Type a brief description such as “Billing and subscription issue” in the help box.
4. Select Get Help or Contact support when it appears.
5. Choose the relevant product category (for example, Microsoft 365 & Office) and then the issue type such as Billing and Payment updates or Manage my subscription.
6. Confirm the selection, then choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser when that option is offered.
7. If chat is not available (outside support hours or capacity reached), select Call me back to have an agent phone instead.

If using Windows, the same flow can be started from the built-in Get Help app:

1. Open the Start menu and search for Get Help.
2. Open it and type “Chat with an agent”.
3. Select Contact support at the bottom.
4. Choose the product and follow the prompts until the Chat with a support agent option appears.
