I recently purchased a new laptop, Acer Swift Lite 14. While setting up, I am unable to activate Microsoft Office Home. I kindly request your guidance on how to activate Office Home on my device.

Details:

Device: Acer Swift Lite 14

Issue: Unable to activate Office Home

Please advise me on the steps I should follow to complete the activation.

What error message do you get when you try and activate Office Home?

What version of Microsoft Office Home do you have?

Have you previously activated it before?

Did you ever sign into Microsoft Office with your Microsoft account?

You used to be able to sign into the Microsoft Office website, then add the product key for Office onto that web page. This would allow you to download that version of Microsoft Office from that web page. With the new design, this is no longer an option.
