I need to speak with a human. I keep getting hung up on by the bot. I had a billing issue which I thought was resolved after speaking with support. Now I have lost most of my files, cannot log in sporadically. I NEED A HUMAN to help me.

To help narrow down the issue:
- What subscription are you using? (Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, Business?)
- Where were your files saved? OneDrive or just on your PC?
- What exactly do you mean by “lost files”? Are they deleted, missing, or not syncing?
- When you say you can’t log in sometimes, what error do you see?
