For your Microsoft Surface Go, what really matters is:

    USB-C Power Delivery (PD)

    At least 30–65W output

    Search here:

    Hi Vibeke Schjødt

While I’m not able to recommend a specific retailer in Norway, as my support is focused on technical guidance, I’d suggest looking for a USB‑C power bank with Power Delivery that supports Surface Go charging, ideally with at least 30W output for stable performance.

These products are typically available from major electronics retailers or online stores in your region, and I recommend checking user reviews before making a purchase.

I hope you are able to find a power bank that is a good match for your Surface Go and meets your needs.

Surface Go 4 (and earlier Surface Go models) can be charged via USB-C or the Surface Connect port. For a power bank, use one that supports USB-C power delivery (PD) and provides sufficient wattage for Surface (up to 45W is recommended for the Surface 45W USB-C Wall Charger).

To get a compatible, genuine accessory with the correct Europlug (Type C) for Norway, purchase from:

    1. Microsoft Store power and charging accessories page: power supplies, chargers, and docks designed to work with Surface are available there.
    2. Authorized local retailers listed on the Surface “where to buy” page. These retailers provide Surface-branded chargers and accessories appropriate for the local region plug type.

Microsoft strongly recommends using only genuine Microsoft or Microsoft‑licensed power accessories. Third‑party or counterfeit power banks and chargers may be incompatible, can damage the device, and such damage is not covered under the hardware warranty.

Because a dedicated Surface‑branded power bank is not listed in the provided material, the supported option in context is to use genuine Microsoft USB‑C chargers and power accessories from Microsoft Store or the listed retailers.
