Why can I not block Authentication attempts from foreign countries?

I have multiple attempts daily from all over the world trying to use Authenticator on my account to which I have to "Deny" the authenticator request. I should be able to select from a list those countries that I will allow Authenticator to request authentication and by default it should only be the country of my primary residence. This too challenging for your Microsoft?
