Email not logged in on the authenticator but to log in i need to authenticate it

I’ve got a new phone and no longer have access to my old one. I’m trying to log into my email on the new phone, but it requires my authenticator app. The problem is, the authenticator isn’t logged in for this email. When I try to set it up, it asks me to authenticate the login, which i cant do as the authenticator isnt logged in, so I’m stuck in a loop.

I’m also worried that if I get logged out of my email on my desktop, I’ll lose access to the account completely.
