I have paid for 3 years of subscription but haven’t been able to access 365. Microsoft should ensure that bewail is seamless rather than time consuming and labyrinthine.

I am being asked to provide a product key. This year I’d like to actually be able to use 365, unlikely the last 2 when I simply gave up. It should be seamless, not labyrinthine.

How did you purchase the 3-year subscription? (Microsoft website, retailer, or bundled with a device?)

What email account did you use when you bought it? Personal Microsoft account or 365 Business account?

When you sign in here: https://account.microsoft.com/services do you see the subscription listed?

Important:

If you bought Microsoft 365 online (not a physical card), you normally do NOT get a product key. It is linked to your Microsoft account.
