When you say you can’t use your Microsoft account balance, are you trying to renew an existing Microsoft 365 subscription, or purchase a new one?
Just to set expectations, Microsoft account balance (gift card credits) usually can’t be used for recurring subscriptions like Microsoft 365. A credit card or PayPal is normally required for auto-renewal.
