You said I could speak to a live person. Im disabled, very ill, being caused terrible problems. Just because my finger accidentally tap the wrong tab I have to go through all kinds of task. I don't have the strength, time,or energy. You people are making billions and can't consider the seniors? If we could speak to someone it would. Eye problems make things difficult.

To speak with a live Microsoft support agent for Microsoft 365/Office, use one of these options:

    1. Phone support (where available)
    2. Request a call or start chat from the Get Help/Contact Support flow
      • Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/
      • Sign in with the Microsoft account.
      • Select the product (for example, Microsoft 365 and Office).
      • Choose the issue type (for example, “Billing and Payment updates” or “Manage Account Security”).
      • Select “Contact support,” then choose either:
        • “Chat with a support agent in your web browser,” or
        • “Call me back” (enter a phone number so a support agent can call).

If accessibility or disability makes using the website difficult, Microsoft has dedicated accessibility support:

The Disability Answer Desk team is trained on assistive technologies and can help in English, Spanish, French, and American Sign Language, and the site shows contact options (including phone, where available) for each region.
