Why can't I share documents anymore?

I was referred to this page when I received a message "You cannot share this document", or some version of that statement.

I am logged in, have a 365 subscription, a Window 11 OS, and I've never gottent his message before.

Why can't I share? And why the heck do I have to use AI to generate a tag?

None of the conditions cited by the AI apply in my case. I am not the only customer to have this complaint since mid-March. Really not happy with this approach to customer service.
