Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
To view a Microsoft 365 invoice when only the invoice number and due date are known, use the Microsoft 365 admin center and adjust the billing account/date filters so the invoice appears.
Follow these steps:
- Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=2024339
- Depending on the view:
- In Simplified view: select Products, then View invoices.
- In Dashboard view: go to Billing > Bills & payments.
- If there is more than one billing account, select Change billing account and check each account.
- Adjust the date range so it includes the invoice due date.
- In the invoice list, look for the invoice that matches the invoice number and due date, then select it to view details online.
- To get a PDF copy, select Download > Download invoice on the invoice details page.
If the invoice still does not appear, verify that the correct billing account is selected and that the date range is wide enough to include the billing period for that invoice.
