I have the same issue of moving junk into inbox- email vanished

Thanks to MS even after so many escalations on this issue, nothing has been rectified...Thanks to MS, it has locked my account with reddit as I now not receiving any emails...whats going on, how many escalations need to be submitted to get something fixed?

Since you have already tried working with Microsoft Support, I'm not sure that there is anything I can do. But since none of the Forum Moderators have pickup on your question and provided an answer, I'll try to offer what help I can.

Could you please provide some additional details on your case? Do you have a record of any of the escalations that would indicate what team was working your issue and what they found out?
