I need to live chat with someone who can help me with 365 family

To live chat with Microsoft about a Microsoft 365 Family subscription (home, account, or billing), use Microsoft’s consumer support options:

1. Go to the Microsoft Support contact page: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/
2. Sign in with the Microsoft account that has the Microsoft 365 Family subscription.
3. In the search box, type “Chat with an agent” and press Enter.
4. Select Contact support.
5. Choose Products and services, then select Microsoft 365 & Office (or the closest option for subscriptions/billing).
6. Follow the prompts until the option Chat with a support agent appears and select it.
7. If preferred, choose Call me back instead of chat to speak with someone by phone.

For Microsoft 365 for home, additional options are also available:

1. Search the online help.
2. Ask in the Microsoft Community.
3. Use the Get Help app or browser to contact support.

If support hours are closed, try again later; chat and callback are only available during working hours.
