I purchased an upgrade to my one drive 2 days ago and it is showing on my microsoft account as active but has not upgraded my one drive.

Give Microsoft can instantly tell me when my one drive is full I cant see why it can not instantly upgrade my quota when I have paid for it.

How do I go about getting this fixed.

It it cant be corrected quickly I will request a full refund as it is well withing the required 30 day period.

Thanks

After purchasing additional OneDrive storage, the quota does not always update immediately.

    Based on the documented behavior:

    1. It can take up to 24 hours for OneDrive storage allowances to be updated after purchasing more storage or a subscription.
    2. If the storage still has not updated after 24–48 hours:
      • Go to Manage your OneDrive storage to confirm the current quota and that the new plan is visible.
      • If the quota still has not changed after this time window, contact Microsoft Support so they can correct the account.
    3. If the account is locked, it can take up to 2 hours after purchasing additional storage for the new quota to show; if it still has not updated after 4 hours, use the “get in touch with us” support option in the storage article.

If the upgrade cannot be applied and support cannot resolve it promptly, a refund can be requested following the standard Microsoft subscription refund process described in the billing and refund articles in the references.
