I have loggined microsoft account through my company mail id and earned 2 certifications now i need that account to be changed to my perosnal mail id

Certification data cannot be moved from one Learn profile to another, but profiles that belong to the same person can be linked and merged so that certifications and learning progress end up under a single profile.

To move from using a company login to a personal email while keeping certifications:

1. Sign in to the Learn profile that currently has the certifications (the one using the company/work account).
2. Go to Login account management for that Learn profile and choose Add login account.
3. Add the personal Microsoft account that should become the long‑term login.
4. If that personal account is already associated with another Learn profile, adding it will trigger a profile merge. All learning progress, credentials, and transcripts from both profiles will be combined into one profile, and duplicates removed. This merge cannot be undone.
5. After the merge completes, it will be possible to sign in to the merged Learn profile using either the work account or the personal account. Editable details such as display name and interests can still be changed later.

If there is no work/school Learn profile available to use as a bridge, or if the company account will be closed and cannot be accessed, the certifications cannot be transferred and will remain with the profile that holds them.

If there are two personal Microsoft accounts with certifications split between them, a work/school Learn profile can be used as a temporary bridge to consolidate content:

1. Sign in to a work/school Learn profile (Profile B) and add Personal Profile A as a login account; wait for the merge to complete.
2. Remove Personal Profile A from Profile B’s linked accounts; the transferred content remains.
3. Sign in to the preferred Learn profile (Profile C, for example the personal account to keep) and add Profile B; this transfers certifications and progress from B to C.
4. Optionally remove the work/school account from the merged profile after the transfer.

Note that this “bridge” method requires access to a work/school Learn profile; without it, the transfer between two personal accounts cannot be completed.
