How to see my code on a device other than my phone

I lost my phone and I am trying to access forms and things on Microsoft and I can’t because the Authenticator app is making me login with my mobile device so I’m not able to do anything. I will attach a screenshot down below. Also, it shows up on my app, but it won’t let me view the codes.IMG_0149

Because access to the Microsoft Authenticator codes is tied to the registered device, there is no way to directly “see” or export the codes from another device if the original phone is lost and the app on the new device cannot be used yet.

Use one of these supported paths instead:

    1. Try an alternative sign-in method (if configured)
When signing in to Microsoft services, on the MFA prompt choose “Sign in another way” and select another method such as SMS, phone call, or email if it is available for the account.
    2. If no alternative method is available
If the only method is Microsoft Authenticator on the lost phone and the new device cannot show or approve codes for that account, the MFA registration must be reset by an administrator or Microsoft support:
      • For a work or school account, contact the organization’s IT help desk and ask them to clear or reset the MFA settings for the account. After they do this, sign in again and re-register the Authenticator app on the new device.
      • If the organization has no internal IT and this is an admin account that is completely locked out, contact Microsoft support and request escalation to the Data Protection team so they can verify identity and reset MFA, as described in the referenced Q&A.
    3. After access is restored
      • Re-register Microsoft Authenticator on the new device.
      • Add at least one backup method (SMS, phone call, or another email) so that future sign-ins can use “Sign in another way” if the device is unavailable.
      • Optionally enable additional secure methods such as passwordless sign-in.

There is no supported way to bypass MFA or retrieve the one-time codes from outside Authenticator; recovery must go through alternate verification methods or an MFA reset by support.
