How to recover account with email changed

Microsoft support account recovery form doesn’t let me add a lot of information to prove my previous ownership of my accounts. I recently had my account which I have had least spent well over $200 on that has been taken over and email changed, and I don’t know the email they changed it to. So I can’t request a recovery for it and I have receipts that it used to belong to me.
