Windows 11 - Mouse Fix

I've tried all the suggestions for my missing mouse. Obviously, from the dates on the suggestions, this is an on-going Windows 11 issue. Why don't they fix it? I am about ready to box this laptop up and send it back ..... the mouse is a huge deal! Is there a suggestion that really works?

    Is this an external mouse or the internal touchpad?

    If this is the internal touchpad, on your keyboard on the function keys (F1 - F12) does one of the keys have a symbol representing a touchpad with a line through it?

    If so, try pressing that key or Fn + that key to test if that gets the touchpad working.

    If not, right click your Start Button and open Device Manager, then expand the 'Mouse and other pointing devices' section.

    Mouse and pointer Issue :

    I am unable to find my Mice and pointer in device manager .But , while using BIOS setup the cursor is showing aand working fine.I think Drivers are uninstalled.
