I am a sighted person who has spent over 45 minutes attempting to speak with a real person. I am BLIND AND CAN NOT USE ON-LINE ASSISTANCE. FOCING ME TO DO THIS IS A DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE ADA law. Unless someone calls me ASAP, I will file a formal complaint against Microsoft for this clear violation
