To make the rcsaudit.com address the one used for sending/receiving and for sign‑in, two things are needed:

1. Set the correct default account in Outlook (for sending mail)
2. Set the preferred sign‑in alias on the Microsoft account (for login/license)

1. Set rcsaudit.com as the default sending account in Outlook

If both rcsaudit.com and gmail.com are added in Outlook, change the default account:

1. In the Outlook main window, press Alt+F, then I, then S, and press Enter to open Account Settings.
2. In the list of accounts (the “Table”), select the rcsaudit.com account using the Up/Down arrow keys.
3. Press Alt+D to set it as the default account.
4. Press Alt+C to close the dialog.

After this, new outgoing emails will use rcsaudit.com by default.

2. Make rcsaudit.com the primary alias for sign‑in (if using a Microsoft account)

If both rcsaudit.com and gmail.com are aliases on the same Microsoft account, set rcsaudit.com as the primary alias so it is the main login identity for licensing and sign‑in prompts:

1. Go to Manage how you sign in to Microsoft: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=842796
2. Sign in if prompted.
3. Under Account aliases, find the rcsaudit.com address and select Make primary.

If rcsaudit.com is not listed there, add it as an alias first (if allowed), then make it primary. Do not remove the old alias until sure nothing important (purchases, services) depends on it.

If there are two completely separate Microsoft accounts (one with gmail.com and one with rcsaudit.com), they cannot be merged. In that case, sign in with the rcsaudit.com account when installing and activating the license.

For confirming login credentials for license installation, use the same email address that is set as the primary alias on the Microsoft account that owns the license (ideally rcsaudit.com after the change above).
