Escalation: Recurring unauthorized charges (566.71 CHF) on a minor's account

I am reposting my concern regarding unauthorized recurring billing totaling 566.71 CHF.

Despite my previous attempts to resolve this, the automated support system remains unhelpful as it requires access to an inactive account used by a minor. I have now used the "Investigate" tool by card number and confirmed that these charges stem from an old 14-day trial that was never explicitly authorized for long-term renewal by the adult cardholder.

I have saved all screenshots of my previous interactions and the fact that my threads are being "moderated" instead of resolved. This matter is now being escalated to my bank for a full chargeback and to the Swiss consumer protection authorities. I demand a manual review by a billing supervisor.
