    To address this technical discrepancy, please follow the formalized troubleshooting procedures outlined below: 

    1/ Kindly try with manual Online Repair 

    Since the standard repair prompt is ineffective, a comprehensive Online Repair via the Windows Control Panel is required to verify and replace corrupted installation files. 

    • Navigate to the Start Menu and select Settings > Apps > Installed Apps. 
    • Locate Microsoft Visio (or your Microsoft 365 suite) within the list. 
    • Select the Options (three dots) menu and choose Modify. 
    • Select the Online Repair radio button and click Repair. Note that this process requires a stable internet connection and may take several minutes to complete. 

    2/ Execute Visio in Safe Mode 

    If the error persists, it may be caused by a conflict with an integrated Add-in. You can isolate this by launching the application in Safe Mode: 

    • Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog box.
