Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
To see what subscriptions exist under both a personal email and a business email, each account must be checked separately.
For the business email (work or school account):
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center as a global or billing admin: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=2024339.
- If using Simplified view, select Subscriptions.
- If using Dashboard view, go to Billing > Your products.
- The Your products page lists all business subscriptions, including product name, number of licenses, and status. Select a subscription to see more details.
Alternative business view (Office 365 admin):
- Sign in with admin credentials at the Office 365 portal.
- Open the app launcher and choose Admin.
- Go to Billing > Subscriptions to see all Office 365 business subscriptions and their status.
For the personal email (consumer Microsoft account):
- Sign in with the personal Microsoft account at the Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services/ (from context).
- Under Services & subscriptions, review all listed Microsoft 365, Office, or other consumer subscriptions associated with that personal email.
If unsure which type of product is owned under the personal account, compare it to the lists in the Microsoft 365 for home section (for example, Microsoft 365 Family, Microsoft 365 Personal, Office Home & Student, etc.). These are typically tied to a personal Microsoft account.
Note: Personal and business accounts cannot be merged. Each must be checked separately for its own subscriptions.
