Microsoft account asks for a passkey that doesn't exist

I recently bought a Lenovo laptop, but when trying to sign into my Microsoft account in order to set up the computer it asked for a passkey, either usb or on iphone, but I never that set up. I eventually logged in with a different email, but when I tried to add my normal email it came up with the same passkey stuff.

Also sorry if this is under the wrong tag, I didn't know what to put for this.
