Can't get an authentication code and it will not give me any alternative like email or phone verification. Can't get phone support (1800 624 449) for this issue because I can't get past the damm robot no matter what I say.

Trying to login in to my admin account with username and password. Then it says it is sending a code to the authenticator. Never see it, and my authenticator doesn't seem to have my account anymore. I have other non-MS applications using the authenticator and they work fine.

Very very frustrated - especially as I paid to upgrade my subscription and cannot get support when I need it.

Can anyone help me get out of this never ending loop? Login -> send code -> no code -> ask for support online -> need to login -> send code -> no code and around and around I go.

Arghhh.
