Workaround till Microsoft has not resolved the issue. With the Teams desktop open, in any Browser access this link https://teams.microsoft.com/l/app/com.microsoft.teamspace.tab.planner

2 apps are available in Teams:

    • Planner
    • Planner (Frontier)

The first one is the Planner app for Teams and the "(Frontier)" one is the App that allows Copilot Planner Agent in Planner App.
Today I realize that the Planner app is set to "No one" and the Frontier one is set to "Everyone" under the Teams Admin portal. Not sure how or who changed this settings globally on all tenants.
