Where did my teams planner go?

Both of my teams and a few others that I'm a member of, have lost their planners. It is available on the web.

Planner says requires copilot license. Tested with copilot license, still not working.

I had to go into the Teams admin page and change the Planner availability back to "Everyone". Something caused it to switch to No One. Once you do that have your end users restart Teams and it will appear

It was missing but could access it in browser. Just reinstalled Microsoft Teams and it was back in place.

This issue appears to have now been resolved at my organisation. Hopefully Microsoft will confirm shortly for all.

2 apps are available in Teams:

Planner
Planner (Frontier)

The first one is the Planner app for Teams and the "(Frontier)" one is the App that allows Copilot Planner Agent in Planner App.
Today I realize that the Planner app is set to "No one" and the Frontier one is set to "Everyone" under the Teams Admin portal. Not sure how or who changed this settings globally on all tenants.

Hello Luis. Our department still does not see our Planner in the group Teams. There is no option to add this back in either.

I still also do not see Planner in the group Teams. I also just am having this issue. I do not see the second (original) planner option I only see the planner (frontier) which I cannot access as our company doesn't have a copilot license. I had access to all of these features on Monday however now it has been removed from all teams that I am a part of?

Microsoft declared it's an internal issue. You need to contact your Teams Administrator and ask to enable the Planner app again for employees.
