- Are you using Outlook web, Outlook New or Classic for Windows/Mac, or the Outlook mobile app?
- Is the issue happening with a particular sender only or are you not receiving emails in general?
- How is the account added in Outlook for Windows? (POP, IMAP, or Microsoft Exchange)
